5RHYTHMS® Sweat 2-hour Movement Meditation

Created by Gabrielle Roth and practiced by tens of thousands worldwide, 5Rhythms® is a philosophy, perspective, performance art and a dynamic movement practice rooted in the principle that if you put the psyche in motion it will heal itself. Movement is both the medicine and the metaphor, reaching across all languages, cultures and age groups to transform suffering into art, art into awareness, and awareness into action. Where the 5Rhythms are practiced, a community is born to dance, to sweat, to change, to support, and to provide a safe place for each of us to shatter the ego's hold and awaken the juicy, unpredictable, fascinating, edge-walking, rock star part of ourselves that yearns to be free.

Feldendrais: Awareness Through Movement

We are often unaware of the stress in our body. This translate in muscular patterns that, eventually, brings pain and discomfort and limits our movements. Your awareness is a powerful key you can put to good use to increase the quality of your life. Classes of Awareness Through Movement will help you create clearer connections between your mind and your body. As you enter into guided gentle movement explorations, you will be surprised at the increased ease and mobility you can achieve and the well-being you can (re)discover. Taught by Isel.

This methodology systematically and gently works the joints and muscles through rhythmic and undulating exercises. This movement stimulates the body’s internal organs and different corresponding breathing patterns are integrated. Taught by Ann.

Roll, Release & Restore

By focusing on developing strength, flexibility, and coordination while improving postural alignment, these mat-based therapeutic exercise and myofascial release classes are designed to increase functional movement patterns, improve posture, stability, balance, increase lung capacity, and develop core strength. You will learn to work the deep musculature of the body to stabilize and support the spine by combining Pilates mat, Somatic Integration, and small portable equipment such as various therapy balls, stability trainer, and foam rollers. Taught by Ann.

Mindful Movement

A weekly class focused on stretching, breathing, and rolling massage to counteract tension in the body. This class is designed to bring new awareness to the body and create better habits that bring ease and lightness to the body. Taught by Morgan. 

Yoga Therapy

Yoga Therapy is essential practice for the self care geek. Ignite body intuition with breath, rollers & balls, massage free those tight areas: neck, back, shoulders, hips, feet. Train subtle, dynamic, aligned stability deep in your core.  Because Bella has travelled this path herself and with thousands of patients and students, here is what she knows: come to class weekly, practice at home most days for 20 minutes and you will:  come into new relationship with body, breath, sensation; deeply understand your particular body challenges; work both sides of your body together to become loose, long and strong; eventually work more on one side than the other, addressing your unique asymmetry; apply this in your everyday life, especially standing and sitting and feel supported in the activities you love: yoga, dance, running, biking, gardening…living!     You have what it takes to be your own best body worker, let this class bring out the best in you.
